Dosimetry monitoring services are managed as part of a subscription.

1. In Dosimetry monitoring/Users-Services, select the account where you want to add an employee.
2. Create a user by providing his/her name, first name and social security number.
3. Assign a service to the user by indicating the desired start date.

Reminder:

To make sure that the deactivation or modification of a user, a visitor dosimeter or an ambient dosimeter is taken into account, it should be carried out before the dosimeters are manufactured, that is not more than 30 working days before the start of the wear period (see Terms and conditions of the subscription).

Order your dosimeter any time and receive it within one or two business days.

Any emergency request for dosimeters should be done before 11 a.m. by phone only through LANDAUER Customer Service on +33 1 40 95 62 90.

The corresponding start date for the wear period is:

• the 1st day of the current month or calendar quarter,
• the 1st day of the following month or calendar quarter.

Mandatory information required:

• Name, first name and social security number of the user
• Account, sub-account and assignment subdivision of the user
• Wear period (monthly, quaterly), start date
• Dosimeter type (wholebody, Lens of Eye, Ring).

If you are a user, your employer or occupational doctor must submit an urgent reading request.

The return protocol must be strictly followed.

After reading of the dosimeter, personal results are transmitted to the occupational doctor in charge of the medical follow-up. Dose is provided to your Radiation Protection Expert if requested according the regulation in place your country.
